Tot nu toe maakt het mes in alle opzichten zijn beloften waar. Ik ben blij verrast over hoe scherp het is en hoe goed het zijn scherpte vasthoudt na 2 of 3 keer slijpen.
Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

Dit is een mes van een hoger niveau. Ik vind het geweldig. Ik heb mijn gewone keukenmessen weggedaan en gebruik alleen nog maar deze die ik besteld heb. De service was ook uitstekend en efficiënt.
The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
